These people love my emails. You will too.

"I love reading content from people who are good writers. You just can't beat actually good, skilled writing. Craftsman to craftsman, I see your good writing, and I appreciate it."

"I cultivate my media intake carefully, trying hard to inject positive messages to offset the negative ones. Your emails are a little shot of positivity in otherwise stressful days."

"I don’t typically open email newsletters. But this one? I look forward to! They remind me I’m on the path, I’m taking myself seriously as an artist, and I deserve the dreams I’m striving for."

What's in the emails?

I write from the heart every Monday about something inspired from life (trauma, bees, boobs, books, lots of B things in this list), that through magical auDHD parkour I can turn into a life lesson that pertains to creativity and authenticity. I also use this list to tell you about upcoming offers and ways to work with me on your creative projects.

As a creative and writing coach, a lot of these emails will be about creativity and writing. (Like duh). But they're more than sales pitches. They're little permission slips for you to be you, and for me to be me. And I love that for us.

PS. Email is HARD. I regularly check my inbox and then close the tab, because the growing number of unread emails stresses me out. All my good intentions of signing up for freebies and courses and whatnot... I get it. If you sign up because you want a free thingy and then you're like "Caitlin is too much for me," you are absolutely welcome to unsubscribe. I am definitely a quantity.
