Some very important housekeeping :)

If we don't agree on these, I'm not the coach for you.
Black Lives Matter.
Queer people - every single letter of the LGBTQIA+ acronym - are valid.
Trans women are women, trans men are men, and genders beyond the binary not only exist but deserve to be celebrated.
No one is illegal on stolen land. Abolish ICE. Defund the police.
Genocide is 100% not okay. Fascism is 100% not okay.

Me: Autistic, ADHD, Anxiety, C-PTSD, OCD
You: Any flavor of neurodivergence, but I tend to work REALLY well with fellow auDHDers.
I do not use "neurodivergent" to mean "auDHD," and if you ever see me doing that, call me out.
I'm disabled. I have chronic pain, plus the ADHD and OCD make things particularly difficult to manage sometimes.
So it's possible (despite my best intentions) that I reply late to your email, reschedule a call here and there, or otherwise drop the ball on stuff that most businesses consider basic "professionalism."
I am just one person, though. I need a little slack.
I trust you to be a human trusting me to be a human.
As your coach I will be devoted to your audacious vision. You just might need to text me and be like "dude, you were gonna send me that thing" sometimes.
Deal?
Let's talk about the stuff that matters.
The core principles behind my work to show people the way back to their creative human spirit.
Creativity is the sacred birthright of all human beings. You knew this once, and you can know it again.
In a paradigm that seeks productivity at the cost of burnout, we celebrate the audacity of creating on our own terms.
Some of us will make art that raises awareness and inspires people to take action. Some of us will write music that captures the humanity of this moment. Some of us will write articles and poetry and stories to spread truth. And some of us will protest in the street.
Your creativity is a sacred part of your spirit, and a sacred part of our revolution.
Creativity is an innate piece of our human nature, as is making mistakes. We find beauty in imperfection and seek compassion toward ourselves and others in the face of mistakes.
There is no blueprint or roadmap better than your own intuition.
You can certainly stifle it, starve it, leave it in the back of your closet, crumpled up behind a pair of old winter boots.
But it never dies.
This is your one wild and wondrous life. Don't be so busy keeping up appearances for other people that you forget you're a person too.
You cannot wait for your life happen.
You can only live it.
But for actual logistical reasons, we should probably connect on a video call. Book a free discovery call to learn more about hiring me!
