Deep down inside, do you know that you want to be doing something different?
A job that makes your heart sing instead of making you dread the alarm clock?
A relationship free from fear, with confidence in your communication?
Working on your art, your dream, your writing, completely unfazed by what others might think?
You know what you want to be doing.
I’m here to help you listen to yourself.
I spent most of my life thinking that I’d be happier when I got that job, made that money, had that body, married that person.
And when I stopped trying to fit myself into other people’s expectations and rules, what I found was that I could run like hell toward the things that made me feel like I was lit up with sunshine, that aligned with my values and my integrity, that honored my story and my resilience.
I want that for you too.
When you stop believing in everyone else’s opinion over your own, something magical happens.
You KNOW what brings you joy and happiness. You KNOW what lights you up inside and turns your volume up to 11.
And when you KNOW it, you can make a plan to see it through and make it happen.
For your self-concept to EXPAND and hold those dreams and results, it needs time and space. This is why coaching is so magical. Because in the coaching container (fancy words for “when we meet regularly for you to focus on your growth”), we’re pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone and self-concept.
Coaching helps you expand your self-concept a lot faster than just dicking around and reading a bunch of books without taking action.
We'll work together to identify the dog poop on your metaphorical shoe that's making EVERYTHING STINK even though you definitely wiped your shoes on the mat.
We gotta align on some important stuff. Please read before continuing!
Black Lives Matter.
Queer people - every single letter of the LGBTQIA+ acronym - are valid.
Trans women are women, trans men are men, and genders beyond the binary not only exist but deserve to be celebrated.
No one is illegal on stolen land. Abolish ICE. Defund the police.
Genocide is 100% not okay. Fascism is 100% not okay.
Free Palestine.
Me: Autistic, ADHD, Anxiety, C-PTSD, OCD
You: Any flavor of neurodivergence, but I tend to work REALLY well with fellow auDHDers.
I do not use "neurodivergent" to mean "auDHD," and if you ever see me doing that, call me out.
I'm disabled. I have chronic pain, plus the ADHD and OCD make things particularly difficult to manage sometimes.
So it's possible (despite my best intentions) that I reply late to your email, reschedule a call here and there, or otherwise drop the ball on stuff that most businesses consider basic "professionalism."
I am just one person, though. I need a little slack.
I trust you to be a human trusting me to be a human.
As your coach I will be devoted to your audacious vision. You just might need to text me and be like "dude, you were gonna send me that thing" sometimes.
Deal?
Happy Clients = Happy Caitlin!
brb crying 😭
“Caitlin turns messy ideas into masterpieces, and lights the way with audacity, making every step feel whimsical and fun again. They will be the light, the spark you’re looking for to the fire that went out long ago.”
"I need to credit my coach, Caitlin, with helping me stand up for my needs. They have been instrumental in getting me out of my head or spinning around in circles from decision paralysis."
"Caitlin is the reason I am leaning into my queer neurodivergent audacity, and just going feral with how I practice my art. Love you to bits, Cait!"
"The paradigms that have shifted since Caitlin crashed into my life have been liberating. They've challenged so many icky attitudes I have toward myself and added a booster to my healing process."
There is something so powerful about seeing people fearlessly pursuing the things that set their souls on fire without shame or guilt, and investing in themselves because Caitlin gives them the tools to do it in a way they've never done it before.
four 50-minute sessions a month
In a three or six month package, we'll meet four times a month! Each coaching session will help you identify blocks and limits in the way of your wildest dreams, work through them, and come out the other side knowing you have all you need to move forward.
I'm not the hero of this story - YOU ARE. I'm the guide who helps you see that you're capable of amazing, outlandish shit on your terms.
Book a Discovery Call and let's talk about it.
My favorite work in this world is helping you and your sacred creativity take up space. Becoming your best self is REVOLUTIONARY in a system that wants to keep you downtrodden, tired, and burned out.
You really flipped the tables, you guided me to a better pathway through the stuff I was going through.
I thought I’d get a bunch of exercises and I’m not gonna do it and I’m not gonna follow up.
You met me where I was, in every step of the process.
You are a confidence builder. You help people see themselves the way an outsider sees them.
My entire life I have struggled with imposter syndrome, questioning and doubting myself, and general low self esteem. In the most gentle but direct way possible, Caitlin encouraged me to take a second look and dig for why all of these damaging ways of thinking are falsehoods.
The only way to keep going is with small steps, gentleness of self, growth, and steady perseverance.
I felt like I was mediocre at best, and not talented enough to reach the goals I had. After coaching with Caitlin I feel energized, excited for the future, and like the dreams I have of a creative, full career and life ARE possible for me.
Caitlin supports me as I work towards meeting that potential, while still centering self care and my needs as a chronically ill, neurodivergent person.
I absolutely thrive on helping autistic, ADHD, and queer entrepreneurs figure out how to talk about themselves and their business in a way that feels unmasked and authentic.
Caitlin helped me overcome my self consciousness, making me more comfortable exploring my writing voice. I'm now able to communicate almost any topic and loop it into what's important.
I've always been afraid that my knowledge is too weird, or niche, and Caitlin's approach to content marketing has shown me that my content will resonate with the right people and not everyone has to 'get it.'
In a hyperfocus play date, we'll spend three hours together to tackle a project that feels insurmountable all on your own. It's not you - it's the endless possibilities and overwhelm.
Includes:
Three hours of collaborative coaching and support, with bio breaks!
A truly kick-ass dashboard to help you stay on track with practices and methods that actually work for you and your brain
A recap report with next steps for you to DIY
Caitlin helped me create an entire brand profile! I was able to make a website based on the work we did together, and I’m so proud of it. It felt like they could read my mind.
I went from having no website to one I am stupid excited about! Caitlin made a work chore feel like a fun hangout and now I have a website that I’m proud to show off.
This saved my butt. I managed to get so much done to prep a Summit not only thanks to Caitlin's body doubling, but their guidance. I would do it a million times over.
90-minute one-time session
These sessions can be for anything from "should I dump him?" (probably) to "is it worth the risk to start a new career after putting so much time into this one?" (absolutely) to "I want to start a podcast but I don't know how."
Includes:
Oracle reading
Grounding exercises
Hypnosis / unconscious coaching
